You can make a purchase when you pick up your order at IKEA store locations only.  Please check stock and availabilty as not all IKEA locations carry all products. Purchases cannot be made at Pick-up points or pick-up locations operated by a third party.

Collection at IKEA is free at all IKEA locations and for all customers excluding IKEA Merriam and IKEA Las Vegas. At IKEA Merriam and IKEA Las Vegas, Click & collect is free for IKEA Family members, and starts at $2 for non-Family members.

Different collection options and pricing for online orders will vary by location and other factors. Collect Near You requires a minimum merchandise subtotal of $35 or more to qualify, after discounts, coupons, credits, and promotional offers. Gift card purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery fees, assembly or other service fees do not count towards $35 min.

Yes, during checkout, you can add the name of the person who will collect the order under the alternate collector field. When they go to pick up the order, they must provide the order number and valid government-issued photo ID to receive the order.

At this time, we only allow customers to designate an alternate collector during check-out. If you’re no longer able to pick up the order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order with the intended alternate collector listed.

Our standard pick-up window is 24-48 hours.  However, some locations allow a longer window.  Please refer to the "Your order is ready" email and/or SMS for details.

If you are unable to pick up your order by the date specified in the "Your order is ready" email and/or SMS, we will return your order and a refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Be sure to bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the pick-up location, a representative will help you retrieve your order. After that, you're on your way home to enjoy your purchase. 

At this time, you cannot make any modifications to your order after it has been placed.  If you would like to make changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. You must provide your order number and valid government-issued photo ID to receive your order.

Items purchased at IKEA.us can be returned at IKEA stores or by contacting our aftersales team at 1-888-888-4532. Our system allows a specific quantity of an item to be sold in one day through Click and Collect. Once we reach this capacity or if there is limited stock available, the item will appear as out of stock during checkout.

When you are checking out, you will be asked to input your zip code. If this service is offered in your area, it will pop up with your local FedEx or warehouse pick-up point options. Select the location and date that is convenient for you. A minimum merchandise subtotal of $35 or more to qualify for pick-up service at third-party locations is required. Min. $35 order is after discounts, coupons, credits, or promotional offers and before, gift card purchases, taxes, assembly or other service fees.
